Human Resources Information (HRI)
The Human Resources Information (HRI) component aims at creating a specialized national HRI database, maintaining and updating the database, and coordinating among HRI producers and users. The HRI database is used for publishing HR indicators, conducting policy research, HRD planning, monitoring and evaluation HRD project and programs.
The HRI system is one that provides students, job seekers, employers, as well as policy makers, with information to assess the state of the market from their perspectives. This system categorizes and coordinates relevant information about the Jordanian labor market, and enables users to view the national labor market trends. Included in this information system are statistics on a variety of factors, such as: gender, age, governorate, nationality, occupation, sector, wages, educational level, field of study, establishment sizes, as well as hundreds of others. Users are free to explore the information provided in the HRI system for their own research purposes or merely browse the designated Al-Manar web pages to view the national labor market trends
