Al-Manar acts as a smart user for the compiled statistics and information in HRD field, through conducting policy based studies and researches; develop HRI indicators i.e. key Labor Market Indicators, Technical Indicator, and Higher Education Indicators.

However the project recruits international and local consultants who are assisting in developing studies and reports.

Al-Manar works closely with human resources development institutions in Canada, to attract qualified Canadian consultants to provide the technical support for Jordan, and to help in transferring the knowledge and carrying out success stories from Canada to Jordan.
